Who's the Bully is a fictional story about bullying with talking animals and takes place in Australia's outback. Nacho is the new kid in town. He meets Ebony who appears as a cute and cuddly bear to people. Nacho makes friends quickly, and this gets Ebony angry, and he sets out to get revenge on Nacho. As the story continues to unfold additional, twists are revealed.
