Who's the Bully is a fictional story about bullying with talking animals and takes place in Australia's outback. The story unfolds to reveal some surprising twists including the fact that the bully character is not an animal who people would think of as "the bad guy," while one of the "good guys" in the story is an animal that most people associate with wrongdoing or evil.

Nacho is the new kid in town. He meets Ebony who appears as a cute and cuddly bear to people. Nacho makes friends quickly, and this gets Ebony angry, and he sets out to get revenge on Nacho. As the story continues to unfold additional, twists are revealed.

As the mystery unfolds there are real insights and lessons for young people to discover.
