Saint Peter, Simon Peter or Cephas "the Rock", Prince of the Apostles and the 1st Pope, was a founder (with St. Paul) of the see of Rome. He is a patron of fishermen, bridge builders, butchers, wolves, clock makers, long life, net makers, masons, ship builders, stationers and those who suffer from foot disorders and fevers. Feast day is June 29th.
