Saint Lucy, virgin martyr. Her mother did not approve of her faith, so the two went to the tomb of Saint Agatha, where Lucy prayed and an illness of her mother's was cured. She is the patron saint of eye problems, blindness and lamplighters. Feast day is December 13th.
