PRODUCT INFORMATION

Saint Aloysius Gonzaga was born in northern Italy. His family was made up of powerful Italian nobles, especially his father, who was a famous condottiere (mercenary solider) St. Aloysius was trained to become a solider and courtier. However, he gave up his family heritage to become a Jesuit priest. He taught catechism to young boys and cared for plague victims, eventually dying of the disease himself as a young man. He is the patron saint of teenagers and AIDS patients. His feast day is June 21.
