St. Alexander of Sauli Medal 8012SS

At the University of Pavia, Alexander taught theology and philosophy. He became a bishop in Aleria, Corsica, where he modernized the town by building churches, schools, and seminaries. He is the patron saint of Corsica. Feast day October 11.
