Saint Sebastian Sterling Silver Medal - no. L550SB

St. Sebastian is the patron saint of athletes.
Saint Sebastian served as a Roman military officer until it was discovered he was Christian. He was sentenced to death via archers. After the arrows failed to kill him, Sebastian went before the Emperor. He was then martyred by clubbing. He is a patron saint of soliders and athletes. Feast day January 20.
