A hand-carved wood crucifix measures 21cm long (approx 8.3 inches) with a hand painted, full color corpra on a bent wood cross.

Carved from the finest kiln dried lindenwood from the forests of the Italian Alps - this is a wonderful example of Val Gardena artistry.

In the valleys of northern Italy's Alps the Bernardi family of artisans have been creating exquisite nativities, crucifixes and statuary generation after generation for over 400 years.
