The collar actually fits like a normal neckband shirt and the white collar is made from fabric, the same way as the famous mds Clerical Collars., (Other vinyl collares can be used with this shirt). The shirt comes with 2 insert collars.
The MDS Tonsure clergy shirts are cut to fit better and be comfortable, not just drape.
