ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

André Cirino, OFM: I am a friar minor of the Franciscan Province of the Immaculate Conception, NYC. I studied at Immaculate Conception College; and did graduate studies at West Virginia University, Woodstock Jesuit School of Theology, Franciscan studies at the Pontifical University of St. Anthony, Rome. My ministerial experience includes parishes, Franciscan formation, education, and publication. I have also worked at the Little Portion Retreat House for the poor in Bronx, and I lectured at the Franciscan International Study Centre, Canterbury, England.
