St. Kilian Sterling Silver Medal

Saint Kilian was of Irish nobility. He converted a local Bavarian ruler and his subjects to the Faith. After explaining to the ruler that his marriage to his brother's widow was invalid to the Church, he was martyred. There are conflicting stories as to who assassinated Our Saint, some tales point to the wife, others to the Duke. He is a patron to whitewashers and for rheumatism. Feast day is July 8.
