  • Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversized items.
  • International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Additional Shipping Information

If you can't get to our store we can send the items to you! We ship everywhere! Contact us with your request. We'd love to hear from you! Let us know how we can better help you.

Most orders are sent from our store in Raleigh, NC, not a fulfillment warehouse somewhere else. We will contact you with an estimated shipment date if your order will be delayed.

If you prefer to "Pick up at our brick and mortar store", just note that under special instructions on the checkout screen. We will email and/or call you when your order is ready for pickup at our Raleigh, NC location.

Packages under 5 pounds are generally shipped via USPS with tracking information so your package will arrive safely and with delivery confirmation. We frequently use other carriers instead of USPS for shipments over 5 pounds in weight. Standard shipping for packages over 5 pounds may include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail or DHL. Oversized pallet shipments are delivered via freight truck. We will contact you with options and costs for your delivery area for any freight truck shipments. Our Shipping Department Pros will do their best to get your package delivered to you in a safe and timely manner.

USPS Expedited Shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Shipments will always be sent via UPS.

International Shipping

We can and do ship internationally from time to time and to specific countries but you may notice In His Name shipping generate as an option for your international order BUT this is not indicative of the final shipping amount you will be charged. You should receive a notice via phone or email of the final shipping amount in no less than 24 hours.
