Returns Policy

In His Name, Inc. has grown and thrived by doing our very best to meet, or exceed, the needs of the world's greatest customers. We want you to be happy with your purchases and to leave us, both in our store and on-line, with the feeling that you've shared in a caring Christian experience.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
In His Name does NOT refund the actual original shipping costs of the carrier or reimburse the cost to return items. Origination point shipping costs on "Free Ship" orders  will be deducted from your refund

From 30 days to 60 days we will be still accept returns in saleable condition with the receipt, but you will be issued a store voucher only. Sorry, no returns after 60 days.

Please do not return any items without a return authorization.

We cannot credit your account correctly without prior notification.

Refused packages - A 25% processing fee will be applied towards all packages that are refused without authorization.

Exceptions to our general return policy:

The following items CANNOT be returned - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES:

  • Personalized items - any item you have had engraved, imprinted, embossed, embroidered or personalized in any way
  • Any CD, DVD or computer software product that has been opened
  • Candles (please be sure to have the correct inside diameter of your candle socket before ordering)
  • Gift Certificates
  • Special Order items
  • Clearance items
  • Hosiery
  • Any item not in its original packaging or with labels removed

Limited returns policy for Children's apparel (including dresses, suits and veils; excluding hosiery):

  • $10.00 re-stocking fee on all returns. Re-stocking fee waived on exchanges.
  • Return requests must be made within THREE (3) days after the apparel was received.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks.
  • Apparel must be in the original packaging including the hanger and with all tags still attached.
  • Any items showing wear, soil or damage will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Garments that have been altered in any way will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • We are happy to exchange for a different size or style, but the returned item MUST be shipping back within 2 weeks of receiving the substitute.

Wrong Item or Damaged Package Received:

Please contact us (click here) if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a return authorization number with instructions and ship the correct item at once.

If it is our error, we will reimburse shipping charges to send the item back (ground delivery only) or send a retun label. If you need the correct item immediately, we will process a new order and your credit card will be charged accordingly (excluding shipping charges) and we will credit your card when we receive the returned item.

Call or Contact us (click here) As Soon As Possible if you receive damaged product in your package.
Items received damaged due to carriers, (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) will be reshipped to you immediately and we will file all claims with the carrier. We may ask you to "store" the damaged package and product for a few days for the carrier to send an inspector.

Return Instructions:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Please use the following instructions for all return requests:

  • Contact us (click here)with the following information:
    1. Order ID number
    2. Reason for return
    3. Full name and address
    4. Order date
  • After approval from our returns department, you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box. Any box that does not have this number will be refused.
  • Make sure that the item is properly packaged for shipping. Damage caused by shipping or poor packaging on returns will not be credited. We insure all of our packages and suggest that you do the same. For your protection, we strongly suggest including proof of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to show the product was returned to the proper location and in good condition.
  • Returns are processed once each month. Allow 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping or we sent the wrong item.

For Exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item for reimbursement. This will avoid any delays and possibly not having right size available.

All returned items must be in resalable condition. This means they must not be altered or personalized in any way and must have all original packaging and labels.
