Do you feel adrift, unsure of your future and purpose?
You aren't alone: The pressures and lack of connection in modern life leave many of us struggling.
It's time to rediscover who you are and where you're going! Using psychological research, engaging real-life examples, and the eternal truths of the Catholic Faith, author and therapist Julia Marie Hogan Werner shows in A Work in Progress: Embracing the Life God Gave You how to reclaim your sense of direction and purpose in life.
By identifying priorities, making empowering decisions, setting boundaries, practicing self care, knowing your limits, and embracing (rather than fearing) commitment, you can find your path to fulfillment.
Becoming an adult is more than just balancing your work and personal life, navigating friendships beyond college, or managing money. It's about rediscovering your identity in Christ and taking an active role in the direction of your life.
When we lean into our responsibilities, remembering that we are still a work in progress, we can cultivate the conditions in which God will transform us.
