About the Author:

Elizabeth Enoh is a Physical Therapist by profession, with a M.Ed. and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Ibandan, Nigeria. She serves as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at her local parish and as a member of several English and Hispanic ministries. She is the mother of two sons and resides in Raleigh, NC.
