The Cross for a happy death must be blessed by Priest who has the power for this purpose. ... If prevented from doing this must at least repent of his sin and calls the Holy Name of Jesus with devotion and accepts death with resignation from the Hand of God as atonement for his sins.
It reminds those who are close to death to meditate (as much as possible) on the Last Four Things.
